Dina is one of the best, and I love her ideas. Visit her Wordfeeder blog and you'll never be bored.

Now Ginger, I'm trying to figure this out, why did askimet throw your post in the spam filter. I've never seen flubs, pet peeves and goofs enter spam before, just the drug companies and all those ads for enlarging body parts I don't even have.

Lesson to learn, have a spam filter, but check every once to fish out your friends.

Heidi,
I read Credibility Thieves in Your Web Copy, a.k.a. Grammatical Goofs and Punctuation Flubs by Dina Giolitto. I always find her right on the mark with the information she shares. As a copy editor myself I too have pet peeves in the grammatical area.

Good info.

One of the posts I loved this week is What is Your Baker's Dozen?" by Jessica Sellers on her Make someone smile blog.

Jessica takes a book, and shares what she has learned, posts a challenge to us all.

I've been following Stacey Graham's "Wee Ghosties" writing for awhile now, Stace has a unique way with words and getting her message to land at just the right time.

Knowing Stace as I do, I read everything she writes with a smile on my face, because, I know she writes with a joyful spirit, she is fun, and a beautiful lady!

"Wee Ghosties" will make you ask yourself "Do I believe?"

Be brave and take a peek!

I enjoyed reading Jeanie Marshall's post for today at:

Daily Affirm

Subtitles in Bold and bulleted list makes it easy to read, esp. if you are interrupted. Her thoughts are well written. What I really like is how she added related articles (linking back to your own material is always a good thing unless your websites aren't talking to each other) and "Moving through Puddles" caught my eye. I have a lot of puddles in my back yard and all over town so I clicked on the puddle link.

Moving Through Puddles

What a gem of a story! Very visual! Go check it out.
