One of the first things you should do is claim your blog with technorati.

I’m sure there are other bloggers here who know more about technorati than I, so please feel free to add your input, or better yet, if you have an article go ahead and post it. Once we get everyone’s blogs listed here we will spend some time helping each other with technorati.
